Athletics

Our goal in the Athletics Department is to show Club members the importance of a healthy lifestyle, and how they can exercise in fun and engaging ways.

At the Club, we not only instill the importance of sports and fitness, but also build skills, develop confidence, embrace the meaning of teamwork, and make long-lasting friendships. There are a variety of athletic program options each day at the Club, including basketball, flag football, soccer, running, volleyball, and more! Our gymnasium hosts more than just competitive sports, however. We play a variety of engaging activities and games, such as Eagles and Mice, relay races, and more.

For questions about Athletics at the Club, please contact Athletics Director & Assistant Program Director, Nate Ghera, at nate@alamedabgc.org.
